Vacation Destination with Little Kids

Any ideas of a great little kid  (3yr old and 1.5 yr old) friendly summer vacation destination?
Could be anywhere. Looking for a place for things to do for the kids and for the adults.
We previously did the smokies and the north Dakota.

North Dakota trip: started in Milwaukee and road tripped to Rapid city SD. with stops in La Crosse WI (not much to do there), Blue Earth MN great park and small museum, Sioux Falls SD great park with falls. We also did Badlands (not kid friendly) but had some nice easy hikes and a beautiful scenic drive. Also did Mnt Rushmore, Custer, Crazy horse. then flew back to NY

Smokies: Flew NY to Asheville NC, rented Airbnb, did a zoo, Blueridge parkway, small easy hikes in the smokies (dont remember off hand which ones)

Lots to do and also prices are fairly reasonable.

There's a kosher restaurant and a grocery with kosher availability (even some meat when we went).

There's tons to do - we stayed in Sheraton broadway Plantation, so enjoyed the mini water park there (crucial for one kid napping and others not). Also beach, aquarium, water park, boardwalk... Definitely a good option for toddlers
