Help, Google just disabled my email accounts

Hey @Dan do you still have a contact in Google?

My Google pay has been disabled since April I submitted all the documents and spoke to them a few times. Every time they say "They will escalate the issue and have an answer in 24-48 hours". I am waiting for weeks and nothing is happening.
I have no idea how to continue and I don't even know why they suspended it.

My Google account got disabled, any recommendations for some who can help restore my account.
I believe it was because I bounced too many emails (like 40 in a day).
I currently i still have access to my gmail.
I pay for Google one so I have access to customer service but they don't seem to know why.
