Maybe they enforce it, maybe not. Either way, the retention CSR can cite the policy and call your bluff, be prepeared!
Not calling retention about this
Care to be more specific about who you're calling? Executive Services?
I have no clue what dept. she's in. All I know is I have her # and she has power.. but, I repeat, my expectations are very low on this. I got no basis for what I'm asking, I'm gonna have to do some good shmoozin'..
How'd you get her number, old shidduch date gone bad?
Not a joke. There are frum workers in sprint. My BIL was once talking to a guy, and he was saying how he used to learn in BMG...
There used to be more but they are always laying folks off. Most people in the Overland Park jewish community hate them for that.
We all hate them.
It's more personal for folks there.I had a love-hate relationship with Sprint for our rocky 10 year marriage before I got the divorce papers and was immensely relieved. Shanah Rishnah with Big Red has been all bliss so far
Wait till you get out of "the honeymoon period"
Eh, I figure I've got 13 years or so until our lines will start making babies.
Vos epes 13?
You can cancel and port your number to a tmobile prepaid and then switch it back to sprint in like two days
Is there is a deadline to get out of contract?
I wonder the following:1) Can I get out of the contract by first porting out to another carrier, so as to be able to keep my number, and ONLY THEN calling Sprint and saying that the fees shouldn't apply cause of the billing changes?2) A month ago upgraded one of my lines with an early upgrade fee of $45 (remaining 3 lines are due for an upgrade on April), if I do the above mentioned scenario, would I be able to come back to Sprint right away and get new phones for all 4 lines?3) How much time do I have to "get out" due to the new changes?
1) once you port out your numbers you cancel the account...very hard to get around2)you can mention to them that this is something that will make you stay3)almost positive once you pay the bill that follows the changes
