Also, what is the cost for the Shabbos Dinner and Lunch and how far in advance do I need to make reservations? Is Shabbos Dinner and Lunch worth it? TIA

Breakfast should be included with gold and they give it automatically.  I think dinner was $120 and totally worth it.  I wouldn't do lunch though since you can have a late breakfast with kiddush.  BTW, glad you took your friend's advice and got the Citi Hilton card and will be enjoying the WA instead of paying for a junky room elsewhere.  😜
