just got this answer from chase SM center:

Thank you for your recent inquiry regarding the British
Airways credit card account and the new account bonus.

We confirmed the application you submitted in February
2015 offered 50,000 bonus Avios after you spend $2,000 in
the first 3 months your account is open. We understand
that you have requested the offer that would also include
25,000 Avios after $10,000 and $20,000 in purchases within
the first year. The requested offer has expired and is no
longer available for new applications or for matching.
