best credit cards that pull transunion in new york

(i did search and didnt find anything  :))
i maxed out on pulls on experian and equifax and am now interested in using transunion what are the best credit card offers with good promotions that pull transunion?
i am in Brooklyn, new York
prefer no annual fee credit cards

American Express decides which bureau to pull. Period.

They'll simply ask you for the pin to access the the one they want. No pin, no dice.
