IME the bad is maybe getting better? I was unpleasantly surprised when I flew with them, you have to get up to recline or unrecline your bed, and no outlets??? Old CO's flatbed was much better!! Not to mention the European's or Asian's product!

i guess it depends what flight u flew in for me a frequent flyer between nyc and lon i had my best flight with them
