Nevermind. I thought you needed it for sams club or something like that.

AFAIK there isn't any way that's 100% free. You can try amex prepaid cards but there is a fee to load and to withdraw.

Btw most most visa/mc gc's say "debit" on them. You can buy them with a cc but it will cost you about 1.1% .
