If you're flying they will pull it up through your FF#, I've done it this week.
They can see in your account that the club card is registered to it.

Cool I was in JFK last night to for a gate pass lounge visit. What time were you there? i was there from 7-8pm.

 As for getting through security, you would need to contact the airport you are going to, to find out the
procedures you need to complete.
 You are allowed to have 2 guests

Just checked in at sna and agent at premier checkin wouldn't give gate pass for mother to walk us to the gate,  even though I have a club card. I tried telling her to see line 53 of the manual and tried showing a the website saying you can but she refused and walked away.
