probably few ppl that would have experience with all 3 places
But prob someone did hrs of research on the differences  ;)
Plaza is the most "upscale."  I would personally pick the one that looks the newest
And got something to work off of

Anybody have any insight on how to actually book a room at the Zipory hotel in Tiberias? Website leads you to a whatsapp bot that doesnt allow you to make a reservation?

CALL.
Try a Madrich Hachareidi or a yated/hamodia/hamevaser to get the number.
Possibly booking.com or the like, but unlikely.

Anyone stayed at the Setai Tiberias recently? I don't care or expect much as far as service but how are the rooms? I'm looking into Golan Villa with private pool.

Thanks in advance.

Apparently, at some point, they used to have a better hechsher.
Small people talk about other people.

BIG PEOPLE TALK ABOUT IDEAS.

What type of city is teveria? In terms of:
Jewish/Arab ratio
Safety from rocket attacks
Sefardi/Ashkenazi ratio
Religious/non-religious ratio
High or low cost of living

My experience/take:
Never noticed an Arab presence (maybe hotel staff?)
Not first or second line to rocket fire from Lebanon, more from the syrian/jordanian border, cant think of any military targets in the city, but if there's a major flare up definitely in the range of shorter range rockets.
I would think it's more sefardi. (Maybe not in tveria ilit/poria but i think thats out of city limits IINM)
Look at the election results and control for traditional.
Lower socio-economic level. Does not equal cheap.

What type of city is teveria? In terms of:
Jewish/Arab ratio 99/1
Safety from rocket attacks - Slightly risky. But not as risky as Tzefas/Meron.
Sefardi 80%/Ashkenazi 20% (half Chassidish half litvish)
Religious/non-religious ratio 70/30
High or low cost of living

My experience/take:
Never noticed an Arab presence (maybe hotel staff?)
when I was there about fifteen years ago the young secular crowd would move out to TLV and arabs would move in, housing was cheap since supply was up and demand was down,
no one was interested to live in that area.

chariedim has a housing crisis and many Chasidic courts saw Tveria as a solution, the demand went up and so did the housing market, a mizrachi told me while I was there that he is so exited that chareidim are coming and that rav kook told him that in another 10 years Tveria would be like bnei brak, (I wouldn't be excited if I would hear such predictions)

the area near the kineret is a mix of secular and traditional historical land, shuls, batai chayim etc,

higher up is where the chareidim buy for housing and its a mix between secular (moslty elderly but also some young), Arabs and frum
