Tried to get an extra $50 statement and got this pretty snarky response after my 2nd SM:

Please understand the enrollment offer in question is a
targeted consumer United Explorer card with 50,000 bonus
miles after meeting the required spend, 5,000 bonus miles
for an authorized user, and $50.00 statement credit. As
indicated on the offer, this offer is not transferable and
not offered on the Business card account. As previously
advised, we can not honor your request to match the
consumer card offer. If you have documentation to indicate
the offer was extended to you on the Business card
account, feel free to supply a copy for additional review.
Otherwise we consider this matter closed.
In regards to the enrollment bonus you applied for, as a
reminder, here?s how you can earn the bonus miles:
?You will receive 30,000 bonus miles after you spend
$1,000.00 in the first 3 months your account is open. You
will see these bonus miles post to your account
six-to-eight weeks from the date the spending requirement
is met.
?You can also earn 10,000 bonus miles when you spend
$25,000.00 or more on your card each calendar year.
On the 07/01/2013 billing statement we matched the 50,000
bonus offer by adding an additional 20,000 bonus miles.
This is the best offer for the United Explorer Business
Card.
Please keep in mind that all enrollment offers are for
new, first-time United MileagePlus Explorer credit card
members only. This means we reserve the right to withhold
adding any enrollment miles if you have previously
received them on the same product on a previous date.
