Retroactive Claim of Someone Else's Rental
« on: January 14, 2013, 03:43:02 PM »
Is it possible to credit someone else's rental retroactively to my Aeroplan account?  I need it to reinstate expired miles. Should I put the renter's name on the Hertz claim form with my Aeroplan number? Any helpful advice would be appreciated.

I've done that before successfully, though not with AC.
Save your time, I don't answer PM. Post it in the forum and a dedicated DDF'er will get back to you as soon as possible.

Did you just put your FF number in with all their info?

Ok. I entered it with all the renter's info and my Aeroplan number, but it seems he wasn't aware that it was already claimed for a FF account. Anyone have any other idea about reclaiming expired points from Air Canada?
