So basically if my diapers are now only giving 5% since mom is long expired, all I need to do is add 4 more of these items, and my diapers become 15%?

Do I need to add them with every diaper shipment, or do I just set up that these should ship continuously the same months that my diapers ship?

Does amazon send you some confirmation letting you know that you now have 5 items and all your purchases will now be 15% instead of 5%?

Yes, just add 4 of these items and make sure to schedule all of them on the same frequency as your diapers. To check that you did it correctly go to my account on amazon and then go to "your subscribe and save items". You should now see your 5 items listed there and in light gray after each item's price it will save your current discount, as in " after 15% discount"

You seem to have quoted this price with only a 5% discount, the links above we're quoted at 20% discount.  If we're going to make a wiki I think we need to standardize this, so we can compare items properly.
