I made an Award ticket for a friend of mine, and by mistake spelled his first name PatriK, instead of PatriC. I know that most of you will tell me its not a problem, but I really wanted to change it nonetheless. Unfortunately, 2 US agents told me they cant change it, and that I would have to rebook the ticket, which will cost me a cancellation fee, and a new processing fee, besides the fact that the flight isnt available anymore. Should I HUCA till I get someone to change it, or are they correct, that the name isnt changeable? TIA
