I'm sure Eric Holder made this decision way before he was captured. This decision wasn't lightly made by the guy who happened to get there first.

No, I really do hate him. See, it used to be that I admired him so I made up teirutzim for all the dumb stuff he does. He claims he has info that this is a cover up that he's giving Obama till today to admit to america otherwise he releases it. His premise is that the Saudi guy they originally arrested was extremely dangerous and for some reason deported back.
