chase gave me bonus points offer but the points didn't post

Hi guys!

I contacted Chase in June when they had 60k bonus offer for the  ink cards. My request for offer match was rejected but the rep on phone promised me 10k points if I spend $5k in 3 months for my INK PLUS card. That was on June 16th when I was given that offer. Since than I have spent $5300 until July 6th. My statement closed on July 13th but the bonus 10k points didn't post.  Today I contacted Chase and spoke to their supervisors.  They told me it takes 4-6 weeks. I told them 4-6 weeks is a general time frame and the actual date when  the points are supposed to be posted is  when a new statement generates & previous statement closes. They wouldn't care and told me they can do nothing. I have always received  all the points once statement closes.

What do you guys think I should do?

called 3 times and spoke to supervisors. all says it takes 4.6 weeks. I told them it was supposed to post when statement closed . They kept telling me wait.

Supervisors and CS doesn't help for points. Go straight to the point, and ask them to email the "marketing" dept. They are the points power people.

I tried making them udnerstand that points are supposed to be posted once a statement closes but they said NO.

I really thought  chase customer service is very good but bit disappointed with chase.

They are good!   I have six cards with them cant be happier. It seems you had a bad experience.
