Trading diaper codes without getting ripped off

I have an "S" code that I would like to trade preferably for an "X" or "A" but first I would like to hear some ideas as to how to swap them safely.
Example: I can email someone my legitimate "S" code and instead of sending me an "X "in exchange, they can be sending me a bogus code or a used one.
Any suggestions to avoid this situation will be greatly appreciated.
