I've searched the forums and haven't found an answer to my question, and I'd appreciate any help on the matter.
I was denied a Chase MileagePlus Explorer card due to lack of credit history, which makes sense because I've been in the US for only 6 months now.
I want to send a letter for reconsideration, along with proof of my annual income ($100k), no late payments on my credit score and offer them to talk with my bank manager back in Israel (they already agreed to confirm in english over the phone that my account there is OK).
Are these arguments relevant at all? Should I add a history of my bank account in Israel? Does the fact I was just approved for CitiBank credit bank matters anything?
