TLV-[Someplace]-NYC-TLV

Hi DDers,

My wife and I am iy"h flying to NY from TLV in two weeks time.

We want to leave EY on tuesday, go "someplace beautiful and quiet with nice weather and minyan" for two days, and arrive in NYC on thursday eve.

it would be ideal to leave the following thursday direct NYC to TLV, because otherwise we need to leave wednesday to get home at a decent morning hour on friday?

I do have gold status with british (preferred) and like 2050 points with matmid (but need another 395 to get to silver.) i also have agean star alliance gold with lots of points in agean (like 25,000 or so)

where can I go within the above parameters that makes sense?

I'm thinking Madrid? (iberia or iberia+elal?)

What time of year? MAD is quiet? And weather I don't believe is nice in the summer. Isn't there a kosher place in nce?
