Identifying every possible booking option to Israel using different cards/points/miles is not something I can just write up and post. Even in person, it would be a long long class if I even knew everything, which I don't.

There are DD main site and DDF forums threads devoted to Israel travel. Take a deep breath or two, and begin your education.

But generally speaking:
chase's best option to israel would prob be united which is 42.5k a one way.
others might argue other options are better, so as said a lot of research. .....
