« on: December 04, 2014, 02:17:16 PM »
Every time my wife applies for any cards it says pending, When she calls up the Bank tells her that Its because the last name in the account is a different name (her maiden name). Is there a way ti change that?

Upsate her last name on every open account and when those report, it should iron itself out.

Looking at my TU CR. There are 3 types of inquiries. Can anyone explain which ones are hard pulls?

The "regular inquiries" are the hard pulls.
The 2 others are soft inquiries.
I try my best :-\

Of course. But I had a bunch under Account Review Inquiries that were from real banks on the dates that I applied for cards/called recon. And I wanted to confirm that those were soft pulls and not hard pulls.

I was looking at my Tu report on credit karma and noticed that chase is reporting one of my cards as an au. Is it important to try and switch that or that's not a big deal?
