For now this is a tough one.
Although Visa Gift cards (Debit) it does notice that they are debit cards and not credit cards.

If it works for VGCs then Ink-post-1%-era would mean for a 2k rent I would be paying .0074cpm not as good as redcard .0069cpm but close enough to recommend to friends w/o the redcard.

you'd be surprised at how many people pay rent with a credit card and pay 3-5%. If you have a significant late fee, and don't have the cash it makes sense

amex can't be used as debit

It's too new to know. Paypal seems adverse to large charges so it's possible any large charge is unsafe with pp.

Also, some providers don't recognize PP as debit card.

Radpad can process PPBDC without a problem. Been paying my rent this way since Feb.

That's only for VR and some GCs.

No fee. When I got my card years ago there was no hard pull.
