2 charges, one on Amex, one on Barclays processed. One rejected. The approved charges were for 50 each, the rejected charge was for 75. I think the evidence is there that it was supposed to be limited to 50 and they are approving all 50 and under orders.

You signed up with an email address. Isnt that the whole point of the Constant Contact offer to begin with? They wanted your contact info and EMAIL ADDRESS. That's what they wanted and that would be the way they would track it. You dont need an order number.
