They give out the same points for not displaying a valid permit as they do for having mice in their food.
I would hardly equate the 2 with the same "point" even if the state of NY does.

just heard back from my friend, the owner wasnt sure how much of a discount to offer, said it depends how much they'll spend etc - "just tell him 10%".
But when i speak to him myself, and after theres more details i should be able to do a bit more.

you know how the prices will compare to le merais after?
