And i also did the bp and i was charged $290 for that but the transaction didn't show up on my cc

I got the discount when it went live again. Then i tried a different account, and ebay  took the code but in my paypal window it showed that it would take the entire amount without a discount. There was a small notice that the code was used up...something like that.

I did $300 in ebay gift cards paid with my PayPal balance, and I got this:

Looks like I got a charge of the full $300 and then got a refund of $60.

This was about 10 minutes after it went on the DDMS
