Microsoft released a preview version of Office 2016.

Has anyone tried? Is it worth trying? They write that you should be ready for a couple of "bumps on the road".

You only could get a trial of unless you have office 365.

Basically the same as 2013, has a couple of new features, e.g. Built-in apps, but it does freeze on me every so often.

It's an evaluation version, for beta testing and to preview new features/enhancements, if you're an end user you're much better off with 2013 (which is a solid product BTW).
