you can either do the search manualy by searching in the search box on the top left or read up here it spoken in more then 1 page so i guess you will have to read it all.

Thank you. I did the search a few ways and did not find anything about budget with USAA. I read through the Hertz thread so I see it can be a good idea to get the online banking, as I mentioned. My question is - does anyone have any experience with Budget's proof of usaa requirements?

sorry i didnt realize u were asking specificly about budget and i never rented from them.
but i did rent from hertz many times and the few times they asked for proof they always accepted a print out of the email sent by usaa with my USAA member # (only specific cases of too may underage renting they requested more proof) so IMO you should become a member and print out the email they send you with your member number and should be enough proof.
if they dont accept that either which i dont think will happen, you can call USAA on the spot and give the phone to budget to verify that you are a member.
but YLMV!!

$190.47 - economy for the week (its not giving me a daily rate) but thats pretty cheap as it is (38 p/day)

I found the rates even cheaper than u said
USAA hertz for $112 non-prepaid or 561.91 ZAR = $71.8318 prepaid
