I paid 250$ to reinstate my 500k point expired miles which I didn’t even realize would happen. How long do I have now to use them and how can I extend that?

Is there any workaround for the minimum nights to generate standard availability? If I book more nights and cancel some will that help?
I’m actually looking to stay all 3 nights but have 2 certificates on my account and 1 on DW’s.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

What would be some of the best prestige properties to use 900K HH points for 10 x nights (inc the 2 x free nights)?   I thinking of island resort or somewhere with nice sunny weather .  Maybe Hawaii for example?
