Yes, it seems so... My reason is that I was told that the micro sd cards are very delicate. What do you think?
Everything is delicate if handled roughly, Micro sd cards are the most common cards for storage today, used in everything! From phn mps and even in cameras which you can use an adapter! If you leave it in the mp3 there should be no reason it should break and you can even put it in an adapter!

Back a few years ago when I got my first smart phone, I swapped cards all day due to me owning a phone that couldn't handle more than 16gb, and having a ton of music and stuff. I've owned many micro sd cards, and they never caused me problems (even after going thru the wash) so just get a sandisk one and you should be fine.
I'm not who you think I am.

Everyone in Israel has the Clip+, or the Clip Zip.  I had the original Clip for about 6-7 years, and the Clip Zip for about 3-4 years.  Very happy with both (the Clip+ and Clip Zip have microsd slots)

Next question:
Looking for a speaker for an MP3 player, to be used in a dorm room.
This one, https://www.amazon.com/JBL-Micro-II-Ultra-Portable-White/dp/B0096T7U04/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1471746366&sr=8-1&keywords=jbl+micro+ii
is perfect, but a bit expensive. Should I buy this one used ($25), or is there a comparable one available new, in this price range?
Thanks!
