VPN not helping bypass uploader restrictions on YouTube

I am trying to watch

but it is region restricted. In the past I could easily bypass that by using a VPN and connecting to an Israeli server.

I am currently using CyberGhost, but even when I connect to an Israeli server (and verify that my ip is coming up as Israel based) YouTube still says that it is not available in my country (there are websites that check the country restrictions, and they show that the above is available only in Israel and "Palestine".

Any ideas?

Erase the YouTube and your VPN cache and cookies and try again.

 Open the YouTube after the VPN is set up.

Or try windscribe. You may want to use a referral link to get you more gb, as they give very little per month free. Unless you do activities and or have been referred. Let me get you mine. I have used it in the past and it was awesome for content that wasn't allowed in my country and worked like a charm.
