Dan! Regardless of why something happened a company needs to back their product sold. If I paid for something, and did not receive it, or received a malfunctioning product they should promptly reimburse you, and apologize. TO ignore emails for weeks and having to fight the charges on the Credit Card, is inexcusable. They advertise as instant Gift cards, that shouldnt take a week and 5 emails letter to receive it. If you google thier name you will see how horrendous they are. This has happened with a slew of GC not just AA
And with all due respect to you Dan, as a long time follower of this site (new member) and of the wonderful deals and money saved that you do for the tzibbur, you should disclose that Plastic Jungle is an advertiser on your sight before you make a statement about them.
