I got my pair for 105nis plus an extra 50 nis for thin lenses for my high prescription. I bought it from http://en.israeloptical.com/glasses/

A pair of glasses there starts at 89nis which includes the frames, lenses with anti-glare and anti-reflection, a case and free shipping worldwide.

Biggest downside is that they don't have a store to check out how the glasses look on your face. I bought from them when they opened a temporary store over hanukkah.

i live in Jerusalem- but i cant bring myself to buy glasses here- The Coastal.com "firstpairfree" promotion is just too good! I have someone bring them in from the states- and if i dont like it- they have a 365 day return policy- even for shipping costs on the free gasses!

Just bought a pair of Ray Ban for 449 ILS (=$120) including lenses at Israel Optical, they have a store in J'lem on Rechov Dovid Yelen. He sells online and ships to the US.
He used to stand outside the Mir from what I remember.

If you actually want service, Einit (up Yeshayahu) is definitely the best all around quality/service/price. If you're in the Mir, you can pick up vouchers through TaT to bring price down 50%.
