Not really sure what category this falls into, but it's somewhat connects here...
I needed to book tickets today, and was planning to do so via my MR with my BP. For some reason while adding an infant, and afterwards even without, the flights I was seeing on DL's website and GF were not showing up on the travel portal. I called in, and was placed on hold for close to 20 min, then bounced to another rep and another. The last rep I spoke to told me she couldn't see the flight I was looking at, and I had to walk her through every step until she found it, at which point the flight had gone up close to $50. I was transferred to the amex.com rep, who rudely told me that if I can't see it, tough luck. I'm stuck with an itinerary that isn't the most ideal, and would like to possibly change it if something better comes along, but am not sure what the best approach here is. Any advice or input is appreciated.
