Reminds me of a vort I heard from either Rav Nissin Kaplan or Rav Moshe Ahron Friedman (don't remember which it was):
The famous question is why Yaakov was pushing to leave the womb when passing a bais medrash, wasn't he learning with a malach? The answer is that even when you are learning with a malach, when you have a chavrusah like Eisav, you must get out at all costs.
