T-mobile is running an amazing promotion which takes off 830$ from an iPhone 12 purchase when you join t mobile and trade in certain iPhones.
The crazy part is that the iPhone 8 is eligible for the promotion and gets the full $830 off (if it’s in good condition).
If you don’t have an iPhone 12 you can purchase a refurbished one for around $200 and trade it in for an iPhone 12. You’ll just have to pay taxes (or the difference if you get a phone worth more then 830)

Planned on doing the same, but I plan on changing my whole plan to a normal plan with unlmtd data.
Paying a little less than $200 for 9 lines with one free line.
$50, $30 for the first two lines then $10 for each additional line, totaling $60 for the other 6 lines. =$140 for 8 lines with 2gb data and then
T-Mobile fees & charges
$28.23
Taxes & Fees
Government taxes & fees
$15.59
Give or take bill per month is $184.
Thinking to swap it out to the First responder plan which would be around $22 a line.
Though i wouldn't be eligible to get a free phone for this line i added as I'm not going to be on the same plan for the next 30 months.
if it was the same account holder then yes no biggy to swap over plans, but a new plan and new account will cause me to pay up for all my devices.
To bad I didn't collect free lines throughout the several years I've been with T-Mobile and would have been well worth it to move to the magenta plan.
Just curios what are all you guys paying for your T-Mobile lines and what's included?
