Yeah, I cancelled them via chat. Easiest way. Had plat and mb plat.

Yes it is separate products. I made a mistake, I have the 100k offer for ''business'' Platinum and I'm letting it go because I have the BRG

I asked a rep if I can get the 100k if I have the BRG, and she answered that it depends on the offer, some of them only exclude current "Platinum" card holders, and some exclude those who have Green, Gold or Platinum, and since my offer excludes only Platinum card holder I'm eligible for the 100k. DROPR?

I think you have to pay af of $95 fr green mr i dont think there is a way around that unless you transfer points out before otherwise you forfeit pts.
if anyone has any other insight or experience pls let us know.

I need advise: I signed up for Amex plat buiz for 25k then I received the 150k offer in the mail. I faxed it in and was told they would honor it by a rep. She even gave me her name to refer to any1 if there was any issues. I drove myself crazy to put on the 20k but now Amex says they will only give me 25k. Spoke to senior supervisor & he said the rep had no authority to promise that they will honor the 150k & the promotional dept says I am not eligible for it. The only compensation he offered me was to waive the af.

Any advise where to go now to get it honored ? Is a senior reps say final.

I applied for 150k Biz Plat while having a BRG open on different biz name, same ssn and no ein, and got bonus points

I wouldn't open a SP business account. I don't don't know why, but I don't feel comfortable not to use my EIN

i have a platinum card i want to open an au so i can transfer the points to that person does anyone know when they will charge the af for the au -right away or the next billing cycle and also can i get that refunded before 60 days like the regular af?

You can get refunded, but I don't know when the AF will show.

I upgraded my bgr to a platinum for 30k after 10k spend, I tried to do all 10k in the first month but I missed it by a few days, I called to change my closing date so that the points can post before 60 days of the annual fee, they told me that the new closing date will go into effect next month and for June I will have the same closing date as usual,
My statement for June was supposed to close yesterday and so far it still says closing date is July 18
I chatted with a rep yesterday and asked when is my next closing date, first he told me July and when I asked about the statement for June he said it's generating now...
Is there anything I can/should do?

So I called up amex and they said they will expedite the points that are pending
I said thank you but I also want the bonus 30k for spending 10k, the rep told me that I got those when I spent the 10k and that it posted already
I checked my points balance and I received the bonus a month ago
Turns out that those points post right away and don't wait for the statement closing day
