Dixie has nothing to do with this, so I don't know what you told Walmart. These orders were from Walmart website fulfilled by TigerDirect. So, if not Walmart, you should be directed to talk to TigerDirect. Call Walmart and say: I ordered a case of cups and only one bag of cups came. Where are my other cups or can I have a refund of my order.
