So, someone I know (really, not me
) had some bad luck and scratched up his (her) car (SUV) pulling out of rental lot!
the rental was with a Starwood card- which as far as I understand is only secondary insurance.
1-They did tell them (as this happened right near the lot) that they can switch the card at time of return to one with better coverage- that make any sense?? Never heard of such a thing...
(If yes- I would ad them as au to my united now ASAP)
2-Any other advice as how to cover this without it going to insurance?
It's a lot of damage and don't want premiums to go up...
