Orbitz ticket, disappeared from AF website, no email, no phone call, and still posted to my cc account!
Just checked my reservation and its all HX....THey still have the Cutzpeh to be מכבד me with the refund process. 14 RM PNR CANCLLED PER FARE FILING ERROR 15 RM PLEASE CONTACT INSIDE AF/KL SALES FOR REFUND PROCESS
Are we gonna have to PUTPAC to get the ticket refunded?
I don't even see the charge anymore on my credit card.
Mine are still showing in my account. Just opened a dispute with Amex.
They are basically punishing us with this inconvenience for trying to take advantage of the mistake. Smart from their end - next time there's a crazy AF mistake, people won't even bother booking it. We've come a long way from just 2 years ago when they were obligated to honor these...
Called orbitz today for refund status. They said it will take 6-8 weeks for the refund to be posted back. They were saying the delay is due to AF and that they have already sent the refund to them for processing. Supervisor did offer a $100 hotel code for the ticket being cancelled and delay in refund.
I still didn't get my refund so I checked my ticket status and it is showing O. Just the segments are HX. Does that mean that if I put the segments back I will be okay?Anyone here who can check in their system?
Check in which system?
Amadeus says tkt status is Open.
