just called the hotel (didnt give my name) and they say the only reason orbitz emailed with there number is bc orbitz dont want to admit they made a mistake and they will NOT honor any reservation

Who's they? Orbitz or the hotel?

basically they said orbitz made a price mistake not the hotel and orbitz don't want to deal with complaints so they blame the hotel and gave us the hotels #

Here now. definitely do not disagree with the people who say its terrible, but def no 5* hotel. Would still get it a 3* and still good in my books

Happens w/ most of these price mistakes.

I don't understand, I got 1 cancelation email for 5 reservations but when I log into orbitz all my reservations show as current not under the cancelled tab?

I just got a cancellation confirmation email from Orbitz, and it's not showing under the cancelled tab.
It also says I cancelled it.

bde..... I thought it will go along with my widroe price mistake for lg'bmr guess I'll have to pay full price by one of the dead sea hotels
just got an email for each reservations and its under my canceled trips

update:
Now all the reservations that I made for Lag Bo'omer are showing up under the cancelled tab, but the reservations I made for different dates are still showing as current.
Weird, let's hope for the best!

Just FYI, for those other reservations that got cancelled, I called up Orbitz and got a $50 credit towards a future hotel stay. I took that, I am ending up not being here during when I had my reservation so would have cancelled anyways.

They credited you more then your reservation? Not bad
