I think it should be the opposite, why should I have to wipe and clean my nose with sand paper, should make no difference where I am,kleenex tissues should be accessible every where(im in shul davening or learning and now I have to have cream handy for my sore nose after sanding it down. Lol)

You can sponsor it in your Shul (just let me know in the "where ear you davening" thread where it is, as I would love to Daven in a Shul with Kleenex tissues). But you can't make your Shul that is (probably) struggling to cover their budget, to buy Kleenex.

I've thought about this, and I think it's because of the eruv. The more frum the shul is the more chance of people not holding of the eruv, hence they can't bring their own tissues. Thus tissue quantity provided by the shul is directly proportional to the frumkeit. At some point though the tissue quality starts to degrade from Kleenex to scotties then to aspen then to those brown paper towels. Do chasidim put out Brillo pads for tissues?

I was asked to come in for minyan in a Yeshivisha shul a while ago. Apparently there are three signs alerting a Chosid that he's in a Yeshivisha place:

- There are more shtenders than there are people davning.
- Instead of two boxes of tissues per table, there's one box per two tables.
- There's a sign posted which states that due to bein hazmanim there will be a late shachris minyan, with Hodu at 7:30.

You'd be pretty surprised. At landau's shul in Flatbush you have less than an hour break between the last minyan shachris and the first minyan mincha

At Shomer Shabbos in Boro Park, there are minyanim davening Mincha downstairs a full hour AFTER the first minyan maariv already davened upstairs.

The last minyan for shacris is at 11:30am or 12pm for those latecomers who make their own minyan and the 1st mincha is at 12:40pm these days so they over lap each other this time of the year.
