Hello:
AF is a rewards partner of Flying Blue, which is actually the program which charges the least from North America to TLV, so kudos to you for realizing that.
A good thing about Flying Blue is that they are transfer partners of nearly every credit card program, so essentially you need to find a credit card, or a combination of them, which will award you as many points as you need. Keep in mind that 25k is for one way, so double it for a r/t for one person, etc...
At the moment, a "hot" credit card is the Chase Sapphire Reserve Card, as it includes may great perks, including 100,000 UR points upon meeting the spending threshold. You can also see if you can find a nice Amex Platinum offer. Keep in mind that these are considered luxury credit cards, and that not everyone will be approved. If you do choose to apply for this card, or any other card, please try to use Dan's referral link.
At the end of the billing cycle in which you have met your spending threshold, you will receive your point bonus, which you can then transfer to Flying Blue and book your tickets.
CAVEAT: Everything I just mentioned is only one of many options for you to get to Israel. As everyone here correctly mentioned, there is no substitute for educating yourself on this subject.
Good luck!
