I'm thinking you can by 5 DD gcs using 6 cards splitting each one between a new card and a filler card, by the time your done the 6th card will hit $20 too

Dunkin Donuts GCs are $24.24, Take 5 cards put $20 on the first and 4.24 on the other. Repeat the process always putting the 4.24 on the same card. When your done youl have $125 in DD for $1.20

That's genius. But I won't be buying that because of an earlier AmEx offer:

Minimum gift card reload at www.dunkindonuts.com is $10. Can you reload the card at the store for $5 (or reload $10 and pay with two AmEx cards)?

The answer was yes, and I still have only used about a tenth of the free DD credit I amassed last June.

Just got off the phone with Sams club, and they agreed to refund all the shipping I paid. I had to read the order numbers to the rep 1 by 1, and she could only refund for orders that have already shipped (still have 11 processing), but she gave me her direct extension to call back once the remaining orders ship. I’ll keep an eye on my amex accounts and see if it all goes through. Surprisingly good customer service, considering the horror stories circulating over the last few weeks.
