My point is that it shouldn't go on DDMS when the stare so far is everyone's word against his, and he hasn't responded. That's a big step to take. It would be irresponsible, NY times level reporting.

One thing is pretty clear, he is a criminal, he hasn't responded, don't say wait for him to respond, he hasn't done it on his own. Additionally, at a certain point, there are enough people to incriminate him, without his confession.
