What did you actually do?
+1
My English is horrocios please excuse it,
To whom it may concern at the Department of Finance ,
I was driving my vehicle and pulled over to take a phone call I got, while I was on the phone call I saw a muni-meter cop(MALE) which was going up and down the block, I didn't think I would have a problem while sitting in the car in a no-parking spot while I pick up my phone call, even if this muni-meter cop decided to give me a ticket why didn't they come over to me and have my personal info put in the ticket?
I can get ahold of a date stamp of the video where I'm sitting in the vehicle making a phone call while the muni-meter cop comes from behind and sneakily writes me a ticket and walks away.
As well I can't even see the ticket online shows invalid image as I never received the actual ticket because it was done behind my back the ticket, this muni-meter cop didn't even scan my registration nor come to the front dashboard to see if I have a parking permit or any other info as you can see he came from behind while seeing me in the vehicle hoping I wouldn't notice him while he writes the ticket.
The New York City law allows one to be in a vehicle in a No Parking anytime spot as long as someone's in the vehicle.
After factoring in all these claims if you can please go ahead and dismiss this ticket?
Thanks, Myi.
