Beginner's help
« on: November 26, 2012, 07:37:45 AM »
I've just started reading about CC's and am overwhelmed by all the information. I can't get a clear understanding of what's going on. Is there any clear (arcuah uktzara?) path to take me from beginner to expert?
Sorry if this question has been asked a thousand times.

Well, it might be a good idea to ask some more specific questions.

The short answer? We're opening many credit cards and often to reap their rewards.

That much I understood. To be more specific:
Which credit cards to start with? (Both for someone who has no credit and one who has good credit)
For those who have no credit, what's the best route?

More to come... ;D

it can definitely get very over whelming, I would recommend if you have any friends that are more pro/experienced, to have him explain and guide in person. That's what I have and I'm very grateful to him. (I doubt he wants me to give him a shout out on here though).

For those with no credit You can start with becoming an AU with someone who has good credit. A first credit card to build credit would be one from a store for example GAP or Macy's.
It's not about the quantity of your posts.  It's about the quality.

IIRC I confirmed they aren't. I think even Dan skims some posts, there's just so darn much :P

Thanks! I want to steer clear from A/A and F/Rs. Adverse Action just means that its something negative that come out of what you tried to do?
