When I pointed out that on their website it says you need to cancel 3 days before the subscription (which I did), they responded:

“That is correct. However, with the high demand of the Morgan and Peace Dollars, we are requiring five business days because we began creating order as early as 8/6/2023. Since orders were created as early as three days prior to the release, any changes needed to be made at least five business days prior to the release.”

Now we’re going in circles. Am I crazy or is it ludicrous for them to be able to charge me for an item that I cancelled in the publicly written cancellation time frame?

Can you not return the second one?
