If my statement closes on the 13th, and a $200 charge gets posted on dec 20, will the credit received be the 2021 or 2022?

Your statement close date doesn't matter.  All that matters is the posting date of the charge.

It could be your card is blacklisted if attempted to buy items for buying groups.

Selling $200 at 50%. Have tried many times to do GC and they all get cancelled (including getting a new CC number) so this will likely have to be used for an actual item shipped to your house.

what's going on with Dell do they basically just cancel all orders they think are for buying groups even if shipped to your own house?  Will I be able to sell this credit for $150 pretty easily?

this is crazy one of the reasons i got the amex business platinum was that I assumed I could use the Dell credit to offset the AF
