Apple Cider Vinegar

Anybody have experience drinking apple cider vinegar for health and saw or felt changes i read all the studies i want to hear first hand experience

Last year when I was under the weather for a few days, one of my department head nurses recommended I take some of it (I think mixed with something else). Was hard to drink but I did feel better the next day. Can't promise it was from that though.

The common cold lasts a week, if you take vitamin C it only lasts for 7 days…

One thing I’d say though, please don’t drink it next to other people, especially if you make it into a warm tea, it has a very bad smell

Real ACV people swear nothing besides the real thing works, stay away from tablets, caplets, or capsules

My sister told me about the benefits of apple cider vinegar, but I found it too unpleasant to drink, so I don’t have any personal experience with it. I have not used capsules either.

The ironic part I find is that I really do not tolerate acid well I'm dealing with a lot of reflux issues especially in the morning but I'm taking a tablespoon of ACV right after I wake up everyday on an empty stomach with zero side effects

Jonathan Aviv is my ENT. I asked him about drinking this for ACid reflux as some people recommend. He gave me a look of disgust and said you may as well drink battery acid.

I'm not saying it cures or prevents reflux, what I'm saying is that it doesn't cause reflux when one would think it would.

I started taking ACV and it definitely kept my HERD in check. Make sure eto dillute it. ACV is acid,  it it becomes alkaline once in the body. It must be diluted with 25 ACV /75 water to avoid burning your esophagus.

Doctors have NO clue what they're talking about, because they don't research or learn anything other than what is taught to them. and of course you dont make money when you suggest something you have in your closet which makes you not come back to them. Only trust a doctor a RESEARCHER that really wants to help his clients.

Anecdotally, I saw zero difference with the gummies that were on sale from Zahler on DDMS.

no major starvation diet so could be it helped together with diet
