I understand. We just want to make sure that the terms are followed as there are situations where the purchase came first prior to accepting the offer. I took a closer look on the offer you mentioned, and it says there that the statement credit will be credited within 30 days from the time you made the second purchase. Looking at your transaction history, it looks like we are still within the 30-day period for us to fulfill this statement credit. If no credit was provided after the 30th day, please reach back out to us, so we can share this with our Escalations Team for review. ^LD
